The project is invested by Jiangsu Changsheng Medicinal Plant Co., Ltd. Jointly planned and designed by the landscape design institution of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Zhejiang Urban Construction Garden Design Institute. Guangxi Medicinal Botanical Garden provides technical support.
