The scenic area of Yanzhou Ancient City is located in Meicheng Town, a thousand-year-old ancient town under the jurisdiction of Jiande City, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is the location of the ancient Yanzhou prefectural seat and is located in the east of Jiande City. Meicheng Town is located at the confluence of Fuchun River, Xin’an River and Lanjiang River. It is backed by Wulong Mountain in the north and faces the Sanjiangkou in the south. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, it has beautiful scenery, a long history and outstanding people. Since the establishment of the county in 225 AD during the fourth year of Wu Huangwu in the Three Kingdoms period, it has a history of more than 1,700 years.
