The Yao Shi Buddha Pagoda is located within the confines of Jiming Temple, standing at a majestic height of 44.8 meters. It features seven levels and eight sides, with intricately designed brackets and eaves, as well as copper finials and glazed tiles, making it a grand and spectacular sight. The term ‘Yao Shi Buddha’ originates from Sanskrit and signifies the dispelling of disasters and the extension of life. This pagoda is also known as Leifeng Pagoda from the popular TV drama ‘The Legend of White Snake’.


It is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day, with specific business hours subject to the daily opening conditions.
