Yashan Huahai Shilin is located 35 kilometers west of Nanling County and 80 kilometers from Wuhu urban area. It is a relatively characteristic scenic spot in Wuhu. You can see a large area of karst stone forest and enjoy flowers in spring. The best travel time is from March to May. After peonies bloom, peonies take over. The scenic area is mainly divided into two parts: the stone sea maze and the nanmu forest.
The stone sea maze is for seeing the stone forest. The highlight of the nanmu forest is seeing the bead curtain waterfall. There is still a section of road ‘Jiujiu Bay’ from the main gate of the scenic area to the scenic spots. It is recommended to take the sightseeing bus in the scenic area for this section. The one-way fare from the main gate to the South Heavenly Gate is 10 yuan. The first place to arrive is the stone sea maze. The stone forests here are in various shapes. In spring, flowers bloom in the gaps between the rocks, forming a sea of flowers, which is very beautiful. The nanmu forest is a bit far from the main gate of the scenic area. You can walk there. At the end of the stone sea maze, you can also experience the paid zip line. The end of the zip line is the nanmu forest. Visiting the nanmu forest is a process of continuously going down steps to see the bead curtain waterfall. After seeing the waterfall, climb up again from the stepped road. Catering in the scenic area is not particularly convenient. It is recommended to bring some dry food by yourself.Opening hours: Open all year round from 08:00 to 17:00.
