The Yinqueshan Bamboo Slips Museum of Han Tombs is located in Linyi City. It is a site-based bamboo slips museum of Han tombs in China. The museum is famous at home and abroad for the simultaneous excavation of the bamboo slips of ‘The Art of War by Sun Tzu’ and ‘The Art of War by Sun Bin’ in the Yinqueshan Han tombs in 1972. It has been successively listed as one of the ‘Top Ten Archaeological Discoveries in New China in 30 Years’ and ‘100 Major Archaeological Discoveries in China in the 20th Century’. The museum covers a total area of 10,000 square meters. Construction started in February 1981 and was completed in September 1989. In recent years, with the rapid development of Linyi’s tourism industry, the Yinqueshan Bamboo Slips Museum of Han Tombs has added many new scenic spots. The various supporting tourism facilities in the exhibition hall have also been improved and enhanced. It is an important place for studying Chinese archaeology.
