Yue Fei’s Tomb is located at No. 80, Beishan Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, also known as Yue’s Tomb or Yue Wang Temple. It is the burial site of Yue Fei, a famous general who resisted the Jin Dynasty during the Southern Song Dynasty. The tomb has been well-preserved for centuries and underwent a reconstruction in the architectural style of the Southern Song Dynasty in 1979, following the changes made during the Qing Kangxi fifty-fourth year (1715). The tomb was divided into three main parts: the Zhonglie Temple area, the Cemetery area, and the Qi Zhong Temple area. In 1961, it was announced by the State Council as one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units. In 1978, after being largely restored to its original Southern Song specifications, Yue Fei’s Tomb was reopened to the public. The opening hours are from 07:30 to 17:30 all year round.
