Yue Opera Town is located in Shengzhou City, Shaoxing, and is situated in Shijia’ao, the birthplace of female Yue Opera. It is surrounded by green mountains and the clear waters of the Shanxi River, with historical sites on both banks. The town is deeply nurtured by the culture of ‘ten thousand years of culture in Xiao Huangshan, a thousand years of Tang poetry along the Shanxi River, and a hundred years of birthplace of Yue Opera’, making it a cultural tourism town with landscape as its carrier and drama as its core. It is open all year round from 10:00 to 22:00.
Preferential policies: Children under 1.2 meters (not including) are admitted free of charge; children between 1.2 meters (including) and 1.5 meters (not including) are eligible for half-price tickets. Full-time primary, middle, and high school students (excluding adult education and graduate students) are eligible for half-price tickets. Elderly people aged 70 and above (including) can enter free of charge with valid identification; those aged between 60 (including) and 70 (excluding) are eligible for half-price tickets.
