Yuelao Temple is located in the Wuzhen tourist area, by the road where the sightseeing carts pass by. It may appear to be an inconspicuous building, but it is quite renowned. The large tree in front of the temple is adorned with red ribbons, and visitors can purchase a red ribbon to write their wishes on and hang it, as it is believed to be very effective. The temple is open from November 1st to March 3rd from 08:00 to 17:00; and from March 1st to October 31st from 08:00 to 17:30.
