Xiangshan Shipu Port is one of the four major fishing ports in China. Its shape is like a crescent moon, surrounded by islands on all sides. The unique geographical location endows Shipu Port with indescribable scenery.
As a famous historical and cultural town in Zhejiang Province, Shipu Port has experienced the vicissitudes of time. The fishing culture it has nurtured has now become a major attraction in the port tour project. The local fishermen living here have followed customs such as ‘sea sacrifice’ and ‘stepping on the beach’ for generations.
With the development of tourism, tourists can also participate in wonderful activities such as fisherman’s lantern festival and hundreds of boats competing. It is worth mentioning that Xiangshan has currently introduced three yachts, ‘Yuguangqu No. 1’, ‘Yuguangqu No. 2’ and ‘Yuguangqu No. 3’. Opening hours: From April 11 to December 31, it is open from 08:00 to 16:30; from January 1 to April 10, it is open from 08:00 to 16:30. The peak season is from June 1 to October 30. The off-season is from November 1 to May 30 of the following year. The cruise departs when there are at least 10 people. It departs from Shipu Tourism Wharf every 30 minutes.
