The Yuntai Pavilion is a pavilion in the style of antique architecture. The architectural form has the characteristics of ancient architecture of the Song and Yuan dynasties. It is located on the north peak of Yuntai Mountain. The total construction area is 1800 square meters. It is currently the largest building in the history of ancient architecture in Zhenjiang. It is a group of buildings with a combination of pavilions, halls and pavilions, and the overall outline is undulating and changeable. At the construction site of the Yuntai Pavilion, a pair of ancient architectural column bases were found, with a diameter of about 1 meter. According to the characteristics of column bases of different eras, ancient architecture experts believe that this pair of column bases should be the relics of Yuan Dynasty architecture. Standing on the Yuntai Pavilion, you can overlook the landscapes of Zhenjiang around: Jinshan Mountain, Jiaoshan Mountain, Beigu Mountain, Nanshan Mountain and other mountains are arranged in a ring. Beihu Lake and the Yangtze River are laid out horizontally. The old urban area and the new urban area of Zhenjiang can be seen at a glance. Yuntai Mountain, Jinshan Mountain, Beigu Mountain and Jiaoshan Mountain set off each other.
