Yushan Scenic Area encompasses three parts: Yushan Mountain, Shanghu Lake, and the ancient city. Yushan is not only a scenic spot but also a national forest park. The entire mountain is covered with lush trees and shrubs, teeming with a variety of birds, making it a captivating destination for visitors. In January 2016, the National Tourism Administration and the Ministry of Environmental Protection proposed to recognize the Yushan Shanghu Tourism Area in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, as a national ecological tourism demonstration zone. The area is open year-round and accessible 24 hours a day.
