The new Zhejiang Science and Technology Museum is located in the West Lake Cultural Plaza, at the heart of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Alongside it, the new Zhejiang Natural History Museum, situated in Area B, opened to the public on the same day (July 28, 2009) and has been accessible throughout the year.
The museum is closed all day on Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the year. It is open from 09:00 to 16:30 from Wednesdays to Sundays. On New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, the museum operates from 09:00 to 16:30.
