Zhongshan Hall is located in Yushan Town, to the north of the current Yushan Agricultural Market. This building was constructed in 1934 to commemorate Mr. Sun Yat-sen, with funds raised by various sectors of Kunshan. It was laid in May 1936 and completed in November of the same year. Featuring a single-eave hip roof, it is a palatial-style building and was one of the larger public structures in Kunshan at the time.
