The winter wonderland of ‘The Nutcracker’ is back for a limited wintertime magical journey! The ‘Nutcracker’ adapted by Wilson Wai against the backdrop of Hong Kong in the early 20th century has become a must-see ballet every Christmas. This year, it is staged again, exciting and anticipated by audiences of all ages. At the Christmas Eve party, the story’s protagonist, Carrie, receives a nutcracker doll as a Christmas gift and embarks on a magical journey from then on: traversing the snow-covered bamboo forest, battling the evil army of the Mouse King, and encountering all kinds of unforgettable people and things along the way. Among them are naughty peacocks and dancing pastries! With flashing swords and flying snowflakes, the festive atmosphere multiplies with the thrilling adventure story. Crazy whimsy collides with Hong Kong’s local characteristic culture to create a series of stage spectacles, allowing all audiences to enjoy the festival and return fully satisfied!
