**Tangshan Nanhu Lantern Festival: Nine Highlights**
– **Operational Hours**: Open all year round, from 15:00 to 22:00.
– **Preferential Policies**:
1. **Heroes and Medal Recipients**: Free admission for recipients of the ‘People’s Hero’, ‘Medal of the Republic’, ‘August 1 Medal’, ‘July 1 Medal’, and ‘Friendship Medal’, including their accompanying parents, spouses, and children.
2. **Model and Title Recipients**: Free admission for labor models and moral models at or above the municipal level, and recipients of annual civilized honorary titles from all over the country.
3. **Military Personnel**: Active-duty soldiers, military academy students, and armed police are free, provided they present valid military officer ID cards, military civilian cadre ID cards, sergeant ID cards, soldier ID cards, armed police officer ID cards, or student ID cards.
4. **Relatives of Martyrs and Deceased Military Personnel**: Free for those holding the ‘Preferential Treatment Card for Veterans of the People’s Republic of China’ and the ‘Preferential Treatment Card for Relatives of Martyrs, Military Personnel Who Died on Duty, and Military Personnel Who Died of Illness of the People’s Republic of China’ (referred to as ‘three types of relatives’).
5. **Fire Rescue Personnel**: In-service, retired, and disabled fire rescue personnel, as well as fire rescue academy students, can enter the park directly through the fast track by presenting valid certificates and their ID cards, free of charge.
6. **Blood Donors**: Free admission for people holding the ‘Honorary Blood Donation Card’ from all over the country.Journalists and tour guides:
Journalists holding press cards issued by the General Administration of Press and Publication or the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television; tour guides holding tourist guide cards and tour leader cards issued by the National Tourism Administration are free.
Talents:
People holding the ‘Tangshan Phoenix Talent Service Card’ are free.
Disabled people:
Disabled people need to hold valid disability certificates issued by the disabled persons’ federation, civil affairs department, or military and their own identity documents for free.
Children:
Children under 6 years old (inclusive) or under 1.2 meters in height (inclusive). Children need to be accompanied by adults when entering the park and are free.
Elderly people:
People over 70 years old (inclusive) need to hold their valid identity documents for free.
Supplementary note: There is a fast track at the lantern festival entrance. Recipients of the ‘People’s Hero’, ‘Medal of the Republic’, ‘August 1 Medal’, ‘July 1 Medal’, and ‘Friendship Medal’ and their companions do not need any certificates. Elderly people and children enjoying free ticket policies hold valid identity documents. Other people enjoying free ticket policies bring valid certificates (honorary certificates) and identity documents and enter the park directly through the fast track.
