The 1876 Old Station Creative Park is located in Jiangwan Town, Hongkou District, Shanghai, with a total of 21 households. The 1876 Old Station Creative Park is located at No. 351 Wenshui East Road. It was originally the warehouse of Shanghai Metals and Minerals Import and Export Company. As the project location of the 1876 Old Station Creative Park is close to the original site of the ‘Jiangwan Station’, the departure station of the Songhu Railway more than 100 years ago.
The renovation of the 1876 Old Station Creative Park focuses on inheriting the context of the ‘old station’. The 1876 Old Station incorporates many station elements such as bell towers, railway tracks, and platforms into the design, highlighting creativity. The entire 1876 Old Station Creative Park is composed of three buildings. After renovation, the building area is about 15,000 square meters. It will be built into the first creative park with e-commerce as the theme in Hongkou. The 1876 Old Station Creative Park covers an area of about 19 mu.
