Yandu Park is located in the urban area and is connected with the ancient salt transportation river – Chuanchang River. Covering an area of 729 mu, it is a relatively large comprehensive park in the urban area. The park is dominated by large areas of lakes, lawns and woods. The water surface accounts for more than one-third of the entire park area. It is a large water culture theme park. There are scenic spots and facilities such as stepping on the waves at Shimen, fountain theater, boating on Pinghu Lake, lost in the clear water garden, drinking by winding water, wild interest in wetlands, crane dancing and qin sound, and water playing garden.
Around the lake, on both sides of the park protection river and on the lake island are distributed landscapes such as Yandu Baihua, Jin Su Garden, Begonia Garden, Oasis Qionglin, dense forest oxygen bar, and willows by Fandi. It reflects the ingenious combination of ‘green background and water soul’ and human and nature. There are also 43 bridges in the park, including 35 traffic bridges and 6 amusement bridges.
