On a sunny weekend, July 3rd, 2024, at 13:05, I had the privilege of stepping into the Le Huo Outdoor Base’s Changxing Island Country Park store, embarking on an unconventional journey of large indoor team building. As a new favorite for indoor team building in Shanghai, this place not only gathers a variety of creative team building activities but also impresses with its unique charm and professional services, making the weekend unforgettable for my team and me.

Upon entering the Le Huo Outdoor Base, a strong team building atmosphere envelops us. The spacious and bright indoor space is cleverly divided into several areas, each with different team building projects that are dazzling to the eyes. The first activity we experienced was the Desert Gold Rush. In this simulated desert environment, we transformed into brave explorers, holding treasure maps and navigating through the sand sea in search of the legendary treasure. During the process, we had to overcome numerous difficulties and work closely together to formulate strategies, ultimately successfully finding the treasure. At that moment, we deeply felt the power and importance of teamwork.

Next, we moved to the indoor roller coaster area. Despite being indoors, the thrill of the roller coaster was undiminished. As the car slowly ascended, my heartbeat accelerated. When the car plunged down the steep slope, I felt an unprecedented sense of weightlessness, as if I was about to fly out. Screams and cheers echoed, as we released stress in the excitement and strengthened our friendships.After lunch, we shifted to the Bean Art Battle and Indoor Curling areas. The Bean Art Battle tested our creativity and patience. We carefully pieced together small beans to form a designated pattern. Indoor Curling allowed us to experience the charm of ice sports. It was a contest of strategy and strength. Both projects immersed us deeply and we were never tired of them.

In the evening, we sat together and began a performance of the cup dance. With the rhythm of the music, we gently tapped the cups, producing a pleasant sound. The whole room was filled with harmony and warmth. Subsequently, the Karaoke Night pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Everyone picked up the microphone and sang their hearts out. The interweaving of singing and laughter created touching scenes.

Looking back on the day’s team building experience, I feel that I have gained a lot. The Le Huo Outdoor Base’s Changxing Island Country Park store not only provided us with an excellent team building venue and a wealth of activities, but also allowed us to enhance our understanding and trust in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.
