The New Fourth Army Memorial Hall is located on Jianjun East Road in the urban area. It is a New Fourth Army memorial facility with a large scale, complete data and obvious characteristics in China. The memorial hall is composed of three parts: the main hall area, Jianjun Square (Tongma Square), and the former site of the New Fourth Army’s re-established headquarters. Main hall area: Located in the east of the city, there are 8 exhibition halls of historical data exhibition halls, an armaments exhibition hall, a stele forest, a central square and other facilities. The exhibition hall of the memorial hall is a modern building. The flag-shaped granite stone carvings on both sides reproduce the historical scenes of the victorious会师 of the New Fourth Army and the Eighth Route Army at Shizikou in Baiju and the re-establishment of the New Fourth Army headquarters in Yancheng after the Southern Anhui Incident.

In the middle of the circular garden of the square, stands the memorial tower for the re-establishment of the New Fourth Army headquarters with the bronze statue of the New Fourth Army cavalry as the main body.
