The Jiulong Huahai Scenic Area is located in Shanglin Village and Qiangxia Tao Village, Hengjie Town, Luqiao District. It is adjacent to the thousand-year-old Cide Zen Temple and the cemetery of famous anti-Japanese generals, facing the broad coastal plain. The park was completed in 2015.
