At the Chengfeng Pavilion at the end of Lishui Lake in Yantou Village. The ancestors placed stoves in the pavilion to boil tea. There were also people specially responsible for boiling tea and providing water. It provided a resting place for passersby to take shelter from the rain and quench their thirst, greatly facilitating pedestrians. On the pillars are hung strings of golden straw sandals for pedestrians to change. There is a couplet in the pavilion: ‘Tea awaits affectionate guests, meals are reserved for righteous people.’ Drinking a cup of tea in the pavilion. This excellent couplet witnesses from ancient times to the present. The people of Yantou post red-bottomed and black-lettered tea notices from house to house and take turns boiling summer tea on fixed dates. And the people of Yantou also continue generation after generation of righteous tea anecdotes in this ancient pavilion. Open all year round and all day long.
