Jiufeng provincial-level scenic area is located in the central area of revolutionary activities on the border between Fujian and Zhejiang during the Second Revolutionary Civil War. It is composed of five scenic areas: ‘Red Army Road’, Jiuli Pool, Xiujian, Fengwen Canyon, Xiao Jiuqu, and Sishui covered bridge. ‘Red Army Road’ is the core of this scenic area. At present, a highway has been built in this scenic area, connecting the former site of the temporary provincial Party committee on the border between Zhejiang and Fujian, the memorial hall of the Red Army’s advancing division, the former site of the special Party committee in southern Zhejiang, the Red Army’s cave hospital, the former site of the reorganization of the 19th Division of the Red Army, the site of the Fengwen Battle, and the’red fortress village’ into one piece, becoming a veritable’red ribbon’. Due to the high mountains and remote locations, the natural environment is relatively well protected, and the scenery of the scenic area is very pleasant. There are more than one hundred scenic spots such as Lion Rock, Chiyan Rock Chamber, Qili Creek, Bali Beach, Jiuli Pool, and the nine peaks facing and arching. It is a golden treasure land for tourism and revolutionary traditional education. The specific business status of opening hours is subject to the opening situation on that day.
