Luodong Artisan Town is the second batch of characteristic small towns constructed in Conghua District, located at the southern foot of Phoenix Mountain in Jiangpu Street, Conghua District. The terrain is flat and open, and villagers rely on growing fruits and vegetables for their livelihood. It is said that the ancestors of Luodong used to make a living by firing bricks and tiles, and later developed into making woodworking products such as chopping boards, tables, chairs, and benches, hence the name Artisan Town.

Every scene and object here is also filled with elements of woodworking craftsmanship. In the design, large areas of wheat fields are retained, and wooden trestle bridges pass through the wheat fields. Old brick walls embedded with televisions, washing machines, and bicycles from the 1980s and 1990s create a cultural wall of memory. Open all year round from 09:00 to 17:00.
