The University Hall is built against the mountain. The overall structure is in the form of a terraced building. It is a comprehensive cultural tourism building integrating museums, ceremonies, lecture halls, conferences, performing arts and other supporting functions. The University Hall has a total height of 65 meters, nine floors in total, and a total construction area of about 70,000 square meters. It mainly contains orderly and ritualized cultural spaces such as Jixian Hall, the Way of University, the Corridor of Seventy-two Sages, Ren Hall, Yi Hall, Li Hall, Zhi Hall, Xin Hall, and Liyue Hall. It brings together classic ancient Chinese art forms such as calligraphy, colored painting, gold and silver inlay, porcelain prints, lacquer paintings, as well as casting, wood carving, and clay sculpture. Each is unique and there is no repetition. It tells the aesthetic choices and spiritual pursuits of the Chinese people in the language of architecture and art.
