The Underground Long River, located 8 kilometers east of Lanxi, is also known as ‘Liudongshan’, and is famous for its three scenic spots: the Underground Long River, Qixia Garden, and Qizhen Temple. Within the Underground Long River, a subterranean river over a kilometer long runs through the entire area, with water flowing year-round, and its source remains unknown to this day. A unique and highlight of the scenic area is taking a boat ride through the caves along the subterranean river. The area is open all year round from 08:00 to 16:00, and from Sunday to Saturday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
