The Binjiang Fortress, also known as Jiangyin Fortress Forest Park, is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River. With Huangshan Mountain (not the Huangshan Scenic Area in Huangshan City) with an altitude of 91.7 meters as the main body, it also includes Huangshanhu Park and Ebi Zui Park on the west side, and a golf course transformed from the tidal flat by the Yangtze River on the north side.

From the Ming and Qing Dynasties to modern times, this has always been a strategically located military fortress. Battery ruins and cannons are scattered on the mountain and at the foot of the mountain, suitable for military enthusiasts to visit. As a national forest park, although it is a mini version, it has dense vegetation and a good environment. You can climb mountains, see the Yangtze River and the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge.

The place where military cultural relics are concentrated is the Jiangyin Military Culture Museum at the western foot of Huangshan Mountain. The walls and gates are made in the appearance of city walls and towers, like a military fortress. There is a ship used in the Crossing the Yangtze River Campaign at the gate. After entering the gate, walk through a military tunnel with photos on display first, and then enter the building where the museum is located.

Inside, you can learn about Jiangyin’s military history and see various cultural relics such as ancient weapons. On the square between the museum and the gate, many cannons from different periods are on display. Open all year round. The opening hours of small scenic spots in the tourist area are detailed in the scenic area announcements. Service facilities: Luggage storage: Stroller rental: Reference price: 600 yuan.
