The lower layer of Wanxian Tower is a stone arched doorway. It is 3.4 meters high and 2.9 meters wide. The stone inscription on the south side is ‘Wanxian Tower’, and on the north side is ‘Place of Expressing Gratitude’. The entire lower layer is 17.4 meters wide from east to west, 13.65 meters deep, and 4.4 meters high. On the east side of the door is the Yinzhen Cave, which is 1.76 meters deep, 1.95 meters high, and 0.9 meters wide. The upper layer of Wanxian Tower is built at the north side of the top platform of the lower layer. It has three rooms with a width of 13 meters, a depth of 6.3 meters, and a total height of 11 meters. It has three columns, seven purlins, and five roof beams. The heavy beams are used for the framework. It has a yellow glazed tile roof with nine ridges and a hip roof. In the front, there is a double-eaved corridor style. Under the eaves, there are shadow-like bucket arches. One bucket and two lifts are intersecting with hemp leaf heads. The beams and purlins are decorated with large gold dots painted with ink lines. There are 63 inscribed steles donated by pilgrims and mountain associations in the Ming Dynasty embedded around the lower part of the wall. There are stone steps in the northeast corner of the lower layer leading to the upper layer.
