The Quancheng Ou Le Bao Resort is located within the Yellow River International Ecological City in Qihe County, Shandong, which is known as the ‘Hometown of the Yellow River and the backyard of Jinan’. It covers a total area of 10.3 square kilometers and is meticulously developed by Shandong Penglai Ba Xian Guo Hai Tourism Group’s Shandong Kunhe Tourism Development Co., Ltd., encompassing functions such as ‘tourism, leisure, health, ecology, culture, art, and sports’, making it a comprehensive tourism and vacation destination.
The resort boasts a superior geographical location, separated from Jinan by the Yellow River. It is a 15-minute drive from Jinan West Railway Station and a 45-minute drive from Jinan Yaoqiang Airport. The exit of the Jingtai Expressway is right at the resort’s entrance, and it is only a 30-minute drive to the city center of Jinan.Currently, the Quancheng Ou Le Bao Resort has successively established four major scenic spots: Quancheng Ocean Polar World, Quancheng Ou Le Bao Fantasy World, Quancheng Ou Le Bao Water World, and Quancheng Ou Le Bao Animal Kingdom, along with supporting hot spring hotels and knight resort hotels. In 2011, Quancheng Ocean Polar World began operations, with an exhibition area of 88,000 square meters, including more than 10 exhibition halls such as tropical rainforest pavilions, undersea tunnels, marine life, polar animal displays, 4D cinemas, science education, underwater theaters, and ocean theaters.
It gathers hundreds of rare marine creatures from the tropical rainforests of the equator to the polar regions of the south and north poles, with impressive exhibit areas, species diversity, and functional facilities. In 2014, Quancheng Ou Le Bao Fantasy World opened for business, consisting of eight major areas: Gaudi Plaza Commercial Street, Dutch Parent-Child Town, Future World, Four Seasons Castle, Secret Lake, Western Town, Mediterranean Kingdom, and Russian Circus, covering more than 40 entertainment and performance projects favored by all ages, including Asia’s only Blue Fire roller coaster. The thrilling equestrian performances and excellent circus shows within the park provide visitors with an astonishing visual feast. Quancheng Ou Le Bao Fantasy World caters to the needs of different age groups with selected characteristic routes, ensuring every visitor can find a suitable way to enjoy themselves, making it a dream world for the whole family to share joy. In 2014, the hot spring business hotel, integrating hot springs, accommodation, catering, conferences, and leisure entertainment, opened. The total operating area reaches 20,000 square meters, equipped with 180 European-style business rooms, an 800-person European-style restaurant, three fully functional large conference rooms, an 1,100 square meter hot spring swimming pool, and more than 2,000 square meters of special service rainforest hot springs, including 25 hot spring pools of different shapes and functions such as waterfall pools, surfing massage pools, rotating pools, water fitness pools, and children’s play pools, along with service functions like SPA, sauna, aromatherapy, and fitness and beauty.
In 2016, Quancheng Ou Le Bao Knight Resort Hotel began operations, pioneering a medieval knight-themed family hotel in China. It boasts 183 themed rooms including Magic Knight Rooms, Forest Tree Houses, Wooden Horse Rooms, and Prince and Princess Adventure Rooms. The resort also features a BBQ-themed restaurant with a capacity of 500, an authentic German brewery, a children’s party room, Ou Le PA themed KTV, various-sized conference rooms, and over 5000 square meters of art springs, including 38 different shapes and functions of indoor and outdoor spring pools. In 2017, Quancheng Ou Le Bao Water World officially opened, featuring six major themed areas that gather various water entertainment facilities from Asia, integrating family, adventure, fantasy, and excitement. On September 16, 2020, Quancheng Ou Le Bao Animal Kingdom opened to the public. The park is divided into several themed functional areas such as Asian Forest, Wild Africa, Parrot World, Panda Island, Cute Pet Adventure, Primate Kingdom, Bird Encounters, Giraffe Manor Hotel, Lakeside Fishing Homestay, Animal Behavior Exhibition Hall, Parent-Child Expansion Area, and Wonderful Museum. The ‘one park, one river’ tour layout, combined with a self-driving and cable car panoramic viewing mode, and the Yellow River Culture Paleontological Fossil Museum as a unique experience, allows the public to fully enjoy the natural wilderness and bring an international level of new family vacation experiences.
