Jianyun Mountain is located in Chaoquan Town in the northeast of Feicheng City. It is a national 3A-level tourist scenic area. The main peak, Jianyun Peak, has an altitude of 607.7 meters. It is like a pair of scissors cutting through flowing clouds and mist. The vegetation coverage rate reaches more than 95% and is known as a ‘natural oxygen bar’. The agricultural landscape in the scenic area is unique, and the rural atmosphere is strong.
The mountain forest area is more than 6,000 mu, of which there are more than 3,000 mu of fruit forests such as chestnuts, hawthorns, walnuts, apples, and papayas. There are more than 100 kinds of birds and beasts, and many rare flowers and herbs such as ganoderma lucidum and salvia miltiorrhiza. The scenic area is rich in historical sites and natural landscapes, and has a deep cultural accumulation. There are more than 40 places such as relatively well-preserved ruins of the Qi Great Wall, Huang Chao Stockade, Drum Beating Platform, General’s Tomb, and wind-moved stone. Opening hours: Open from 08:00 to 18:00 all year round. Preferential policies: Children: Free for those under 1.2 meters (excluding) in height. Elderly: Free for those aged 70 and above with valid certificates. Military personnel: Free with valid certificates. Children/students: Half price for children from 1.2 meters (including) to 1.5 meters (excluding) in height and students with their own valid certificates.
