Xi Xi, an ancient town with a history of thousands of years, is the birthplace of ancient Dongyi Buddhism and the Lianghuai salt culture, as well as the origin of the ‘Dong Yong Legend’. Xi Xi, an ancient town established in the mid-Western Han Dynasty, has on its ancient land the legendary story of Dong Yong and the Seven Fairies. The Dong Yong and the Seven Fairies Cultural Park is a cultural tourism destination featuring a large-scale themed sculpture titled ‘Dong Yong and the Seven Fairies’, a double standing figure, 6.


8 meters high, on a 2-meter high platform, designed by Professor Pan Xirou from the China Academy of Art. The sculpture, carved from white marble, captures both the spirit and form of Dong Yong and the Seven Fairies, silently narrating the thousand-year-old love story under the blue sky and white clouds.
