Zhan’s Garden (Wuaitang Hall) is located in Lu Qiu Fang Lane, Gusu District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It was originally constructed during the reign of Emperor Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty, specifically in the 21st year (1816). Formerly known as Zhu’s residence and also called ‘Jing Zhong Yuan’, it is a grand and deep residence with five sections and eight bays, facing south, and divided into eastern and western layouts.
The garden is open to the public all year round on Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 16:00.
