Heyuan Museum (Heyuan Dinosaur Museum) is located at the foot of Guifeng Mountain and complements the ancient Guifeng Pagoda. It can be said to be a landmark scenic spot in Heyuan City. Heyuan is a famous ‘hometown of Chinese dinosaurs’. The museum houses more than 17,000 dinosaur egg fossils, as well as 13 precious dinosaur skeleton fossils and multiple dinosaur footprint fossils. There are also projects such as the restoration of dinosaur egg mining scenes, popular science corridors, and 3D movies to help visitors better understand dinosaur culture.
