Yuan Shikai’s Former Residence, constructed in 1918, features Nordic architectural style. Located on the east bank of the Haihe River, this German-style villa is one of the few remaining buildings in Tianjin that showcase the German architectural style from the 16th to 18th centuries. It has been transformed into a restaurant named Shoufu Restaurant, which is quite expensive. Along the roadside, there are extensive planes of sycamore trees, and it is on the way to the Tianjin Eye. The opening hours are from 10:00 to 17:00 all year round.
