Binhai New Area Library, located at the east side of Binhe Road, Zhai Shang Street, Binhai New Area, boasts a pleasant environment. It offers study rooms for learning and computers for use. The library provides a variety of services including book and periodical lending, CD lending, Braille publications reading, public electronic reading rooms, study rooms, and children’s borrowing services.
