Shi Cheng Park is located on Yingbin South Avenue in Cangzhou City. The park stretches approximately 600 meters in length from north to south and is about 300 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of 251 acres. The total investment amounts to 130 million yuan. The park primarily features areas such as the Civic Activity Center, Waterfront Landscape Area, Garden Landscape Area, and Nighttime Illumination. It is planned to plant 72 varieties of plants, including valuable species like Ginkgo biloba, White fir, and White-barked pine. The park is open to the public all year round and operates 24 hours a day.
