Xueyuan Park is located to the east of the Jin Gang Highway and to the south of the North Ring Road. The entire park is centered around a colonnade, which is arranged in a zigzag pattern from east to west and situated in the middle of a lake. Both the interior and exterior of the dome, as well as the top of the columns, are adorned with relief decorations, giving the park an overall European style.
