The Haihe Ribbon Park is located in the northeast of Hexi District, on the west bank of the Haihe River. It is an important part of Tianjin Haihe Park. It starts from Xuzhou Road in the northwest and extends to Liuzhuang Cable-stayed Bridge in the southeast. It is adjacent to the Haihe River in the east and Tai’erzhuang in the west, presenting a ribbon shape. Construction started in September 1982 and was completed and opened in May 1983.
