The Cultural Garden is one of the key attractions of Baiyangdian. It primarily features eight scenic spots: the Lotus Pond, World Lotus Garden, Space Lotus Garden, Baiyangdian Yanling Team Memorial Hall, Gazi Village, East Dike Willows, Kangxi Water Enclosure Palace, and Imperially Bestowed Pei’en Temple. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of Baiyangdian and learn about the red culture of Xiaobing Zhangga and the Yanling Team.
The Kangxi Water Enclosure Palace is restored according to the Guolikou Palace, divided into two courtyards: the Qiansui Hall and the sleeping palace. Pei’en Temple is divided into two places: the Heavenly King Hall and the Mahavira Hall. Inside the temple, there is a precious stone plaque inscribed with ‘Imperially Bestowed Pei’en Temple’ by Emperor Kangxi himself. The East Dike Willows and the West Dike Wind Lotus are two of the eight scenic spots of Anxin, which have been restored and presented in their original beauty. The opening hours are from 07:00 to 16:30 all year round, subject to the public notice of the scenic area; the original opening hours were from 8:00 to 18:00. Special policy supplement: 1.
