Zhang Shoucheng’s former residence, constructed in 1936, is the former home of Zhang Shoucheng, son of Zhang Yi, a former Qing Dynasty official and industrialist, as well as a Tianjin Municipal Political Consultative Conference member. It is located at 118 Chengdu Road, in what was originally the British Concession’s London Road, now part of Heping District, Tianjin.

Originally a two-story garden villa, the residence was later expanded to three stories by a Belgian engineer. The second floor features a balcony, and the interior doors, windows, and flooring are all made of Philippine wood. In 1958, the residence was used for the Tianjin City Sports Bureau’s office.

Opening hours are from January 1st to December 31st, 08:00 to 18:00.
