Fang Xian Zhi’s former residence is located in the present-day Heping District, Munan Road. Constructed in 1942, it stands out as a two-story Western-style brick and wood structure.
The exterior is adorned with white cement finish and irregular stripes, presenting a clean and bright appearance. The courtyard is well-maintained and shaded by green trees. This former residence is currently used as an office for a department of the Tianjin Municipal Finance Bureau and is listed as immovable cultural relics not yet announced as cultural heritage sites in Tianjin.
