Fan Sail Stone is located between Kenting and Eluanbi, and is a giant coral reef rock that has rolled down from the nearby platform. It resembles a sail entering the harbor from a distance, hence its name. The stone is covered with wild grass, flowers, and shrubs, becoming a nesting place for birds. Some people even say it looks like the profile of former U.S. President Nixon when viewed up close, which is quite interesting. In addition to enjoying the sea view from the observation deck, one can also walk 100 meters to the adjacent small beach to paddle and frolic in the waves.
