The Siming Lake Metasequoia Wetland, located by the tranquil Siming Lake, is home to a vast expanse of Metasequoia trees. Their trunks are straight and tall, rising from the ground. Arranged neatly, they stand quietly in the water or along the shore.
Every autumn, the leaves turn into shades of golden yellow or burnt orange, creating a beautiful sight from afar. It is an excellent place to appreciate the fall scenery and is known as the ‘Little Xinjiang’ of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai.
