The Qinhuai River is the cradle of Nanjing culture and is known for its reputation of having abundant cultural relics and being more prosperous than regions south of the Yangtze River; with outstanding literary grace and being unrivaled within the country. The Qinhuai River has also witnessed the history of Nanjing’s city construction, establishment of administrative divisions and serving as a capital.
There are numerous historical sites and allusions on both banks. Among the people, there is a saying that ‘one Qinhuai River is half of Jinling’s history.’ People swim in the water while the boat travels as if in a painting. The outer Qinhuai River cruise ship is a mobile cultural teahouse. With various scenic spots as carriers and taking allusions and legends, folk culture interactions, and historical features as connotations, it forms a new tourism ecological system, providing tourists with rich, convenient and comfortable tourism experiences.Opening hours: From April 1st to September 29th, Monday to Thursday, it is open from 09:00 to 18:00; from April 1st to September 29th, Friday to Sunday, it is open from 09:00 to 20:45; from October 8th to March 31st, Monday to Thursday, it is open from 09:00 to 17:00; from October 8th to March 31st, Friday to Sunday, it is open from 09:00 to 20:45; from September 30th to October 7th, it is open from 09:00 to 20:45.
