In this era surrounded by urban hustle and bustle, I long for a spiritual cleansing and a close contact with nature. So, when I learned that the company decided to hold a ‘natural oxygen bar themed team building’ activity at Lehuo Camp Changxing Island Country Park Store, I embarked on this journey full of anticipation.

Departure: Setting off towards lush greenery.
The morning sunlight shines through the car window and falls on everyone’s smiling faces. Our convoy is full of laughter and heads towards Changxing Island. As the high-rise buildings in the city gradually disappear, patches of green fields and lush woods come into view. The air begins to be filled with the fresh scents of soil and leaves, indicating that we are about to step into a real ‘natural oxygen bar’.

Arrival: The first sight of Lehuo Camp.
When arriving at Lehuo Camp Changxing Island Country Park Store, I am deeply attracted by the scene in front of me. Surrounded by dense woods, there is an open meadow in the center. Several colorful tents are dotted among them, appearing extremely warm and full of vitality. Taking a deep breath of the air here, it seems that even breathing becomes extremely smooth. The fun of picking: Our team building trip starts with picking. Camping and picnicking: In the afternoon, we found an empty space with an excellent view in the woods, set up tents and spread out picnic cloths. Everyone sits around, tastes the delicious food brought by each other, and shares each other’s stories and jokes. The sunlight shines through the gaps between the leaves and falls on the body. The breeze blows on the face, making people feel an unprecedented sense of relaxation and comfort.

As night falls, karaoke night pushes the team building activity to a climax. We sit around the bonfire and take turns to sing on stage. Music, laughter, and applause are intertwined, making this night extremely unforgettable.

The two-day team building trip passes in a flash, but what it leaves us is full of memories and gains. We have found happiness and innocence in this lush greenery, and have also experienced strength and warmth in teamwork.

The return journey is one of a harvest fully loaded. The experiences and bonds we’ve formed are invaluable.
