Dreamlike Shangtang is a grand Song poetry cultural theme water实景 performance. The show extracts stories from nine poets ranging from the Five Dynasties to the Southern Song Dynasty. With a duration of approximately 60 minutes, it consists of eight chapters and ten scenes, crafted and performed by well-known domestic art teams.
The performance adopts a new ‘progressive + immersive’ viewing model, skillfully integrating drama, cinema, water screens, light and shadow, and installations into one art form, bringing a visual feast that combines real-life scenes with water screen light and shadow. It offers viewers a unique experience of ‘sitting in the boat as if in a painting’.
