The West Taihu Film and Television Base is a comprehensive complex primarily featuring Republic of China architecture and modern interior and exterior scenes. It has been the filming location for over 150 films and TV series, including the TV dramas ‘Hunter of Poison’, ‘Martial Universe’, ‘Dream Builder’, the film by Ann Hui ‘Incense Burner’, the film by Li Shaohong ‘Liberation’, and the film by Gao Qunshu ‘Sharp Edge’.
The base periodically hosts star meet-and-greets, regional intangible cultural heritage displays, and cultural and creative product exhibitions.
Opening hours are from 09:30 to 16:00 all year round.
Pricing优惠政策: Children under 1.2 meters in height (excluding 1.2 meters) enter for free; children between 1.2 meters (inclusive) and 1.5 meters (exclusive) pay half price. Elderly aged 70 and above (with valid identification) enter for free; those aged 60 (inclusive) to 70 (exclusive) pay half price. Disabled individuals (with valid identification) enter for free.
