As the autumn breeze gently blows, I embark on a journey to Lehuo Camp Fengxian Store, filled with anticipation and longing for ‘the first team building activity in autumn’. This is not just a simple team building event but also a spiritual baptism and sublimation of team spirit.

First encounter with Fengxian camp, autumn is in full swing. When arriving at the camp, it is already afternoon. The sunlight filters through the sparse clouds and shines on the golden fallen leaves, dyeing the entire camp with a warm color. The autumn breeze gently blows, carrying a faint fruity fragrance and the freshness of vegetation, making people instantly forget the hustle and bustle and fatigue of the city.

Autumn cycling, traversing the golden corridor. Our team building journey begins with an autumn cycling trip. Wearing cycling gear and helmets, our group sets off in a mighty way. Cycling on the country road, with gorgeous autumn colors on both sides, maple leaves are like fire, and ginkgo leaves are golden, as if being in a flowing autumn painting. We sometimes accelerate and sprint, and sometimes slow down and ride slowly, enjoying the comfort of the autumn breeze on our faces and also enjoying the tacit understanding and joy of the team moving forward side by side.

Live-action CS, a challenge of wisdom and courage. In the afternoon, we come to the live-action CS battlefield. Changing into equipment, we instantly turn into heroic soldiers. Between the dense jungle and abandoned factory buildings, we launch a fierce confrontation.Strategic layout, teamwork, and quick response… Each duel is a test of wisdom and courage. Sweat and laughter are intertwined. We not only find fun in the game but also deepen our understanding and trust in each other through challenges.

Off-road vehicle driving, feeling speed and passion. As the afterglow of the setting sun gradually spreads over the earth, we usher in the off-road vehicle experience session. The roaring engine sound, the bumpy road… Every acceleration and every turn make people’s hearts race. On this vast land, we release our inner passion and desire for challenges, feeling the power and courage bestowed on us by nature.

Archery and water play, the fun of combining movement and stillness. Before night falls, we also experience the traditional archery project and the joyful water play activity. On the archery range, we hold our breath, focus, and draw the bow and shoot arrows, enjoying the sense of accomplishment of hitting the bullseye. In the clear pool, we play and laugh, as if returning to carefree childhood. These two completely different projects both let us feel the cohesion of the team and the joyful atmosphere.

Picking and self-service barbecue, sharing the joy of harvest. At dinner time, we come to a nearby orchard for picking. Red apples, yellow pears… Picking these fruits with our own hands makes us feel the joy of harvest and the gift of nature. Then we return to the camp and start a self-service barbecue feast. Everyone sits around the bonfire, grilling delicious food and chatting, enjoying this rare leisurely time.Sitting around the stove, we quietly enjoy the autumn night as we make tea. As the stars begin to shine brightly in the night sky, we gather around the warm stove, initiating the cozy ritual of tea-making. With a pot of fine tea and a selection of snacks, we all sit together to share the day’s interesting events and insights. The firelight casts a warm glow on our faces, making the moment feel timeless. It is in these moments that we find tranquility and contentment for our souls.

On this particular day at Lehuo Camp Fengxian Store, we embarked on a series of vibrant team-building activities. These included autumn cycling, live-action CS, off-road vehicles, archery, joyful water play, picking, self-service barbecue, and, of course, sitting around the stove and making tea.

These activities not only allowed us to revel in the beauty and fun of autumn but also fostered a deeper understanding and trust among us through the challenges we faced. They strengthened our team’s cohesion and sense of belonging, all amidst the joy of the experience. This was undoubtedly an unforgettable autumn trip, proving to be an excellent choice for our team-building endeavors in the fall season.
