On a gentle autumn afternoon, the sun shines through the sparse clouds and spreads on every inch of Lohas Camp (Fengxian Store), draping a golden coat on the upcoming autumn fun sports meeting. With full expectations and excitement, my colleagues and I embarked on this unique team building journey.
Arriving at the camp, the atmosphere thickens. The first thing that catches the eye upon reaching Lohas Camp is an open and vibrant scene. On the colorful banners, the words ‘Autumn Fun Sports Meeting’ shine brightly in the sun, as if waving at us and indicating the upcoming happy time. After signing in, we received specially made sports equipment and number plates. Everyone’s face is filled with expectations and smiles for the unknown challenges.
The opening ceremony: The horn of unity. With a clear whistle, the sports meeting officially kicks off. After the leader’s brief and passionate opening remarks, all of us are divided into several groups. Each group designs a unique team name and slogan. Instantly, a strong atmosphere of competition and cooperation fills the air.
The first stop is the exciting ‘water balloon battle’, a continuation of a cool summer. Although it is already autumn, this water game makes us seem to return to summer. Everyone is wearing swimsuits or lightweight clothing, holding water balloons, and launching a fierce ‘water battle’ in the specially designated area. Water splashes everywhere and laughter is continuous.Three-legged race: The test of tacit understanding.
Next is the ‘three-legged race’ that tests teamwork. In pairs, tie the adjacent legs together with ropes. At the command, each team member either stumbles forward or moves steadily. This seemingly simple game actually requires extremely high tacit understanding and trust. We learned to support each other and move forward together in the stumbles. That feeling of fighting side by side makes people feel extremely warm.
Blind square formation: The art of trust and communication.
In the afternoon, the sun becomes softer, and we welcome the challenge of ‘blind square formation’. Each team member is blindfolded and only by following the oral instructions of teammates can the square formation be completed within the limited time. In this process, we deeply understand the importance of communication and the crucial role of trust for team success. When the square formation is finally successfully arranged, all the efforts and sweats turn into the joy of success.
Drum-beating, message passing station, and wonderful brushwork: The collision of wisdom and creativity.
Subsequently, we successively experienced projects such as ‘drum-beating’ (making the ball on the drum surface jump through teamwork), ‘message passing station’ (passing information in non-verbal ways), and ‘wonderful brushwork’ (creating a painting together as a team).
It not only enhances the friendship among colleagues but also allows us to find the long-lost innocence and happiness after busy work.

At LeHuo Campground (Fengxian Branch), we embarked on a journey that would become a vibrant memory in our collective minds. This autumn-themed sports event not only allowed us to release work stress in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere but also fostered deep friendships and valuable experiences through teamwork.
These activities were designed to test our wisdom and creativity, and more importantly, they taught us how to better listen, understand, and support each other. Amidst laughter, we learned to work together and share in the joy of competition.
The blitzkrieg of thinking, the ‘flash chess game’, marked the end of the sports meeting as the sun set. This game was a thrilling test of both speed and strategy, where every second counted. On the chessboard, we competed with wits and courage, each move a dance of intellect and daring. And as the game concluded, we did so with a burst of laughter, a testament to the spirit of camaraderie that had been built throughout the day.
With hearts full of gratitude and a touch of reluctance, we gathered around the bonfire as night fell. There, we shared the highlights of the day, reflecting on the moments that had brought us closer and made us stronger. This event was more than just a release from work stress; it was a celebration of our collective strength and a reminder of the bonds we share.

I’ve restructured the text to flow more naturally, starting with the setting and the overall impact of the event, then detailing the activities and their significance, and finally, the conclusion of the day and the emotions it evoked.
