Xiong’an New Area was established on April 1, 2017. In response to the national policy of “a millennium plan and a centennial Xiong’an,” Yililan (Sui Bao) actively engaged in a significant strategy of “replacing old industries with new ones” and underwent a transformation and upgrading process. With the full support of the government and in line with the transformation and upgrading plan outline for traditional industries in Xiong’an New Area, Yililan was upgraded to a never-sleeping city cultural tourism destination.
During the trial operation period, the daily passenger flow exceeded 100,000. The Baiyangdian Never Sleeping City is strategically located, with the “Great Health Park” to its left, the “Xiong’an Daji” home culture and creative town to its right, and backed by the “Love Port,” creating a unique “having all four corners” situation.
Currently, the never-sleeping city cultural tourism is the sole commercial tourism and leisure vacation complex in Xiong’an New Area. It operates with the following opening hours: Open all year round and all day.
