Beian Bridge, initially constructed in 1973, features a three-span structure with a total length of 93 meters and a bridge span of 24.8 meters. After renovation, the original bridge was raised by 1.5 meters, and both sides were widened by 9 meters. Additionally, a 4-meter water-friendly platform was added on each side of the original bridge abutments.

The renovated Beian Bridge embodies a classical architectural style, with a design that is elegant and graceful, distinctive in its beauty. The sculptures at the bridgehead adopt a Western classical expression, integrating traditional Chinese elements such as the Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Vermilion Bird, and Black Tortoise, symbolizing peace in the four cardinal directions.

Bronze dragon decorations adorn the bridge piers, while the base of the bridge railings features four dancing female figures, each with a unique dance pose, all gleaming in gold and exuding an air of nobility and elegance. Each figure holds a different musical instrument: the pipa, sheng, and xiao. The pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle lanes are paved with granite, and the bridge railings are designed in a vase-style stone pattern.

The renovated Beian Bridge is a perfect fusion of the classical and the fashionable, becoming another highlight on the Haihe River with its unique style. It is open all year round, accessible 24 hours a day.
